YOUR OWN STRATEGY

Your first session is a Personal Strategy Session. In this, we help you to assess where you are, decide on realistic goals and start to plot out the optimal plan for you given your life, time commitments, injuries, and lifestyle.

Your lead coach will check in with you regularly, answer any questions, support your nutrition and out-of-session behavior and be with you every step of the way to ensure you have expert advice and support, and guidance throughout your time with us.

FULL SUPPORT

The ethos of RISE is a full fitness solution. You don’t sign up and just get left to figure it out.

We ensure that every session and every interaction is meaningful and provides education, value and support.

From in-session coaching, to our online members forum to a weekly check-in…. we want to arm you with everything you’ll need to take those positive steps forward in your fitness journey.

FAQ’S:

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES, PAINS AND INJURIES?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We have an onsite sports therapy team able to aid and support along with all coaches having at least 5 years in the fitness industry so there’s not many things we haven’t seen or been able to help people overcome.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE TRIAL?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY 30 DAY TRIAL?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that RISE isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

WHAT IF I REGISTER BUT THEN CHANGE MY MIND?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

WHAT TIME ARE MY SESSIONS?

We use a very flexible system where you book yourself into your sessions via a smartphone app. 

We have sessions available at 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and then 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8pm Monday-Friday. We also have 7, 8, 9 and 10am on Saturday mornings.

You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
