SMALL GROUP PT

Each session begins with a warm up custome made to you, the session and what we want to achieve. From there we will get into the “work”. Each exercise, rep and set scheme is customised to you, your ability and goals.

From conditioning to calories to heavy lifting, whatever your preference and desired outcome we’ve got you covered. It’s not a “sink or swim” type class though, we change and adapt based on you, your ability and goals.

OPEN GYM

Due to covid these still need to be booked so we can monitor attendance and track n trace but we have over 50 opportunities to use the facilities outside of your coached sessions with a custom plan made for you.
